Solstice Special Sunrise Sauna & Sound Event
Where heat meets harmony 
A morning of beautiful contrasts. Fire and water, sound and stillness, designed to balance and restore your nervous system from the inside out.
Come together from 4.45am on the longest day to chant the sun over the horizon, as the world hangs suspended and the light carries something almost sacred. We move into an hour of therapeutic sauna with Frazer at 5am, where you can continue the view of the earth waking up from the sauna’s picture window across the sea. Surrender to the ancient ritual of heat and cold, moving between the sauna and your choice of cold bath, shower, or a dip in the sea to unlock the full therapeutic benefits.
Then take a few steps over to the Sound Studio with Hayley for a deeply restorative sound journey. Bathed in the longest light of the year, this is a rare moment to absorb the full potency of solstice energy as the sound carries it deeper into the body. Lie back and let the healing vibrations envelop you, quieting the mind and restoring balance to the nervous system and flow through the subtle energy channels of the body. Dissolve into deep rest and emerge as emissaries of the light.

You get to rest deeply while listening to instruments being played, feeling the sound vibration wash over and around you.
Holding space at the Sound Studio
I use Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Gong, Drum, Tuning Forks, Chimes and various percussion instruments to bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation as you are literally bathed in sound. Our bodies are predominantly made up of water. Sound travels faster in water and the water conducts the sound all around to every joint, fascia, tissue, ligament, organ and cell. Its literally a day at the spa for your insides while you get to enjoy a welcome pause from life, feeling safe supported and held.
Soundbaths are held at the Sound Studio in Lancing, West Sussex. Mats, blankets, pillows, bolsters and eye pillows are provided for your comfort. All you need to bring is yourself and an open heart.
