A 2.5 hour, 2-part event nourishing mind, body, and soul.
Hosted by Hayley & Frazer of Seaside Sauna.
Begin with a restorative healing soundbath with Hayley. A welcome pause from life where you’ll feel safe, supported, and held. Let sound vibrations wash over, in, and around you, guiding you into deep rest and activating the body’s natural healing response.
Then step into the warmth with Frazer for a rejuvenating beach sauna experience. The therapeutic contrast of hot and cold boosts circulation, reduces stress, strengthens immunity, and releases powerful endorphins. Enjoy revitalising face and body scrubs, followed by a cold plunge or sea dip to leave you feeling truly alive.
This is an intimate gathering with just 6 places available.
Mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are provided.
Join me on a journey of sound. Find stillness and go within.
You get to rest deeply while listening to instruments being played, feeling the sound vibration wash over and around you.
Holding space at the Sound Studio
I use Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Gong, Drum, Tuning Forks, Chimes and various percussion instruments to bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation as you are literally bathed in sound. Our bodies are predominantly made up of water. Sound travels faster in water and the water conducts the sound all around to every joint, fascia, tissue, ligament, organ and cell. Its literally a day at the spa for your insides while you get to enjoy a welcome pause from life, feeling safe supported and held.
Soundbaths are held at the Sound Studio in Lancing, West Sussex. Mats, blankets, pillows, bolsters and eye pillows are provided for your comfort. All you need to bring is yourself and an open heart.
